I feel cheated out of my money with the speedball round. The lady at the stand dropped the ball giving another lady extra time to catch up. As soon as the lady got back to the stand the one lady said bingo. My number was next. She had an extra 6 sec to catch up. If she wouldnt of dropped the ball the lady would of missed her bingo. I am highly upset and disappointed. There was also some guests around me as well saying how they felt like that was cheating.

Arrive early. I came right after work to join my wife and friends. (8:45pm) No one approached me at all. I respectfully wait for intermission at 9:05 and a young was selling me playing cards. However, she said follow me to the window and see if we have more. Lady at window stated you cannot buy once we hit intermission. So I was not allowed to but the ones that I was already offered. Now expected to sit and watch for the next hour. Othet veteran players said that was not right nor was it normal. Wow... great first attempt to go to a bingo business. No Thanks

Would give 5 stars but too many rules.. such as having to use one color dauber.. everyone has to be playing, no cursing, no cell phones. We are adults spending money having fun.. I go at least three times a week and never experienced anyone cursing, getting mad, or on cell phone.. went to play last night and they had to announce like 13 new rules..just bingo people

The best bingo hall I've ever been to. All of the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions you have they always have an answer and are happy to assist. The other players are respectful and nice. I can't say enough good things about this place and everyone who works there. Also, the food is pretty tasty as well! If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Love this place!!

People who play BINGO here are rude to the staff. Calling out their mistakes. Complaining about EVERYTHING.
The bingo hall has many downfalls.
1) their balls get stuck in hopper so if caller doesn’t empty it correctly after each game your chances of winning went down to 25%.
2) the machine doesn’t spit balls out half the time then when it does multiple balls come at once. Sometimes their called in order
3) the staff here get so fed up with rude customers they yell at everyone to “shut up”…..yes this happened 12/5/23 even though people needed to hear it.
4) the numbering system to pick up your cards is just crazy.
5) your odds of winning anything big are slim unless your playing a machine and max that out…. ASSUMING ALL THE BALLS DROPPED FROM LAST GAME!!

It's a good place to go if you're an experienced bingo player and go regularly. They call the numbers really fast. it would be even better if smokers wouldn't keep the door open when they are smoking. Not every bingo player enjoys cigarette smoke

So much fun playing here! Plenty of characters to play with, and a full range of pricing make this a great time. The snack bar is loaded with good munchies as too!
